Briefing
The aim of the exercise was to create a series of elements that were more present in the world of analogue mail. This series of elements presented in the image on the right had to be related to a discourse of our choice and to represent us in an identitarian way. We had the requirement that it had to be composed of 3 different materials, that it had to include different techniques and that all printing techniques had to be analogical. Direct digital printing was forbidden. Example: Methods such as screen printing are allowed as the ink transfer medium is not digital, only the design is digital. Finally, we had to elaborate the Self Promotion, an object that fits with our project and identifies us.

This project is a conceptual representation of what trace and influence means to me. The wrapping is a red oil waxed paper, which allows the support that envelops all the elements to be impregnated with any touch that is foreign to the project. For me, this support represents one's body, white, not in skin, but in the framework of learning, that is to say, empty. The stain left by whoever touches it thanks to the wax represents then all the sentimental, spoken or lived things of others that leave traces in us. This body has a window on the inside where we see the envelope. The vision of the red cloth envelope represents the heart, the pure influence of that which happens to us, which from so many external traces passes into the interior and becomes something of us, pure red. Red therefore represents passion, feeling and remembering. Inside is the notebook which follows the same pattern of staining, however, in this case only the inside of it is stained once we write, leaving it written in multiple layers of us, our memories. The cards, the Ex libris and the folder represent the trace of "wear and tear". Through repetition each time the texture diminishes, becomes blurred and leaves irregular stains on us. On the other hand, the white on white of the cards, stand or notebook represents that which we carry within us by culture that can be stained, but belongs and persists with us. Finally, the "Self Promotion" is our skin, the way we communicate, in my case it is the representation of Pizzo. A T-shirt, what we show to the outside and what is there, but can only be seen if you look with eyes that want to see.
